  1. Everything starts in chat — whether you choose Instant Chat, Instant Live Help, or Book Ahead.
  2. If we’re doing Instant Chat, I’ll help you right there in real time — easy, fast, no pressure.
  3. If you start Instant Live Help, we’ll begin in chat, then I’ll guide you to phone or screen-share so I can walk you through it.
  4. If you Book Ahead, you’ll get simple instructions before our appointment. When it’s time, we’ll start in chat and go from there together.
  5. You only pay for active time — no contracts, no surprises. Seniors always get the first 10 minutes free.

💳 How do I pay?
Payment is handled automatically through Calendly after each booked session. You’re billed only for the actual minutes of active help time.
⏱ What’s the $50/hour cap?
The $50/hour cap applies to Instant Live Help (screen-share sessions). You’ll never be charged more than $50 for 60 continuous minutes of live help.
💬 Do booked sessions have caps?
Booked sessions are billed per minute — $0.75/min for Live Help and $0.50/min for Chat Help. You can end a session anytime, and billing stops immediately.
💼 What are your certifications and experience?

I’m an Intuit Certified Bookkeeper, QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and Certified in Generative AI.

I’ve been working with computers, small businesses, and home users for over 25 years, and helping elders for much longer than that.

From QuickBooks cleanup to “help, my computer’s frozen again,” I’ve seen it all — and fixed most of it (with Sparrow’s help 😄).
